An infill development which involved reimagining a backland area in Dublin city centre which had underused garage & storage facilities, to create a new residential mews lane with two-storey south-facing terraced houses fronting onto the Grand Canal. The houses have been carefully designed with living areas at upper floor level to maximise views along the canal and towards the Dublin mountains in the distance.
