An extension to the existing technical building on a secondary school campus in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. This project involved careful phasing of the works to maintain access on a live-occupied school building, while constructing a new two-storey extension comprising 2no. new science labs with prep areas, along with associated ancillary & circulation spaces. The creation of a new outdoor social area to the rear, along with a new entrance to the front with an impressive double-height foyer to mark the building was key to the success of this project.
